The motto ‘3-star hotel with a 4-star service’ is guaranteed by a professional team and management.

Hotel information

Our large and free-off-charge parking has room for up to 100 cars and our 3 moldable meeting rooms for your private lunch or meetings can take up to one hundred persons.
If you are “Just Married”, then ask for the “Suite”. Flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne will be served without extra charge at your arrival.

All rooms are equipped with direct phones, flat screen televisions and working desks.

Area information

BRUGOTEL is located at the green outskirts of Bruges on 20 minutes walking distance of the historical Site Minnewater, Begijnhof.

Tourists information

From the highway E40. Take the ‘Bruges’ exit - number 8. After the second set of traffic signals (direction Sint-Michiels) drive next to the express road. Before entering the tunnel, turn right. The first street to the right is the Joseph Wautersstraat.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
