This 20th century Flemish mansion, in the very heart of Bruges, has been renovated with great flair and is now a superb small hotel hidden down a side street. A family run hotel, with a warm ambience and a feeling that the guests are all-important. The interior decoration, in the style of Burgundy, is rich with chandeliers, moulded ceilings and antiques, polished floors and marvellous rugs. Private carparking and garages. All rooms have a distinctive character and are provided with bathroom, airconditioning, colour television, cd-player, dvd-player, clock-radio, telephone with dataport, mini-bar, trouser press, safe, bathrobes, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer.
Wifi, wireless internet is available in all rooms and public areas.

Food and beverages

An excellent buffet breakfast is served in the charming breakfast room.
Although the hotel has no restaurant, drinks are available at the welcoming lounge. Many interesting places to dine can be found nearby.

Tourists information

By car:

From Calais, Ostend, Ghent or Brussels :
- Take the E40 motorway.
- Exit at number 8, towards Brugge.
- Following the Expressroad N31, carry straight on through 4 sets of traffic lights, followed by 2 tunnels and one more set of traffic lights.
- Take the next exit to the right, in the direction of Brugge.
- At the second intersection, with traffic lights, turn left in the direction of Knokke-Heist. At second intersection after this, with traffic lights, take the exit to Ezelpoort (n°8).
- Turn right into Ezelstraat, forking left into St.Jakobsstraat and then right into Geldmuntstraat.
- Take the 3rd street on the right, Ontvangersstraat, where you will find the hotel.

From the train station in Bruges:
You can take a taxi (which costs around EUR 8) or take bus number 12, getting off at Zilverpand. From here, walk back in the direction the bus was coming from. At approximately 200m back, on the left-hand side, you will find Ontvangersstraat, where the hotel is located.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.
