Hotel information

The 3 naturally-lit conference rooms are fully equipped with a screen, overhead projector and flipchart. Additional audio-visual equipment can also be provided. Alternatively, the rooms can easily double as banqueting halls, and can accommodate up to 90 people.

Food and beverages

The ‘Esperanto’ bar and brasserie serves international cuisine and a number of Belgian dishes; amid light, wooden, recently renovated décor. Homemade cocktail specialties and a selection of Belgian beers are also on offer.

By train:
The hotel is located approximately 300 metres from Brussels Central Station.

- If walking; leave the station via the main entrance and cross the road to ‘Keizeriniaan’.
- Walk along ‘Keizerinlaan’. After you have crossed ‘Rue d’Arenberg’, ‘Rue d’Assaut’ will be your next left. Turn here for the hotel.

By air:
- A taxi from Brussels Airport will cost approximately EUR 35
- Trains run from Brussels Airport to Brussels Central Station every 10 – 30 minutes.

By car (from Brussels Airport):
- Follow signs for ‘Centre / Evere’.
- Turn onto ‘Avenue de Charles Quint’ (towards ‘Basilique de Koekelberg’).
- Take a right onto ‘Pachecolaan’ (after ‘passage 44’ and the ‘Universitaires Saint-Louis’), continuing on through ‘Boulevard de Berlaimont’.
- Turn right at the junction onto ‘Rue d’Assaut’, where the hotel is situated.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.
