We offer twelve fully furnished apartments in the European district of Brussels, all stylishly decorated and with an area varying from 60 to 130 square metres they can also be called very spacious. These apartments are spread over 3 floors and all accessible via staircase and elevator. The apartments are fully equipped to the highest standard of comfort, with each apartment also having an individual design. We always had comfort and style in mind while furnishing these apartments.

Hotel information

All hotel-services of the Hotel Silken Berlaymont Brussels, the hotel next to the Residence, are available to all residents of our serviced apartments in Brussels. Also included in the lease price of a luxury apartment in Brussels, is an exclusive membership to the Silken Relax Spa.

Room information

A lot of our apartments have a private terrace and/or balcony.

Area information

Our beautifully renovated (2001) "Mansions" date back to 1908 and are situated in a residential area, only a 5 minutes walk from all EU-institutions.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
EUR 45.00 service charge per stay is not included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
