Our rooms are suited to the latest standards our hotel chain handles; all rooms have modern equipment, bath/shower combination, telephone and television.

Food and beverages

For an additional cost you can start your day with our delicious breakfast buffet and choose from the wide variety of produce including soft/hard boiled eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, different kinds of bread and pastries, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, cooked meats and cheeses.

Located in the city centre, next to the St-Baafs Cathedral.

By car:
From the E40/E17:
- Exit at Ghent/Antwerp.
- Follow signs to Ghent Centrum.
- Keep straight on this road and you will arrive at Zuid.
- Keep straight on to the 2nd junction, turn left.
- Immediately after this, turn right.
- On the 2nd street on the right you will see the hotel at the end, on the corner.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
