The Cottage Hotel is a splendid, newly restored villa situated in the most peaceful part of Duinbergen, in the middle of a green zone, with sedate villas.

During the summer, a small outdoor swimming pool is available.

Room information

The hotel features eight rooms.
Four rooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower and the other four rooms
have a shower. The rooms with shower have a double bed and the rooms with bath are equipped with twin beds. All rooms are equipped with all common facilities. For top weekends a minimum stay of three nights applies.

Food and beverages

When the weather is nice you can enjoy breakfast in the garden or on the terrace.

Breakfast is served from 8:30 - 10:30.

Area information

The hotel is situated in a quiet area surrounded by hiking and biking routes, which the staff will be happy to arrange for you. It is also only 300m from the beach.

Just a 15 minute walk from the hotel you will find the small town of Knokke, here you be tempted by both a casino and shopping centre.

There are a number of local restaurants serving traditional cuisine which the staff will be happy to recommend to you.

Remarks

To guarantee a good night's rest for all guests, the hotel does not welcome loud guests interested in the local nightlife.

Please note that check-in is from 15:00 until 21:00, not later!

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 13 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.
