Food and beverages

Restaurant Boardroom is open every day from 12PM till 3PM and from 6PM till 10.30PM.
Closed on Saturday noon and Sunday.

Restaurant Voltaire is open every day from 11PM till 1AM.
The kitchen is open from 12PM till 3PM and from 6PM till 11PM.
In the afternoon continously open for a snack.
Closed on Monday.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.
