Area information

Because of the ideal situation, it is possible to experience a lot of nice activities in Oostende and the surrounding. You will enjoy the centre of Oostende and Middelkerke (4km).

We have our own parking; of course you can leave your car here and use the public transport. You can find the bus and tram at 500 and 800 meters from the hotel.

Of course you will visit the curiosities from Oostende in the summer and winter. It is it worth to visit the Domein Raversijde (1 km.), the Mercator, Amandine, the Japanese Garden, citadel Napoleon…or just walk round in the centre and enjoy a cup of coffee at the Zeedijk.

Do you prefer a relax day? That is possible at wellness centre Villa Aqua. Here you will relax in the sauna and take a face-feet or body massage.

Remarks

Because the hotel does not accept credit cards we cannot charge deposits to any credit card. The deposit of 50 % can be transferred to our bank account.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
