The hotel provides a fitness area with sauna and Turkish bath and is directly connected to the brand new Thermal Centre by funicular. The treatments range from traditional therapies to specialised individual designed programs, such as Niagara baths, Thermal showers, peat body packs and massages.

All 120 luxurious guest rooms, designed by the Belgian Interior Architect 'Nicolas Lecompte', are offering a city view or a view overlooking the forest. In-room amenities include air-conditioning, pay-TV, radio, direct-dial telephone, modem point, coffee and tea facilities, mini bar, personal safe, trouser press and bathrobe.

The new Radisson SAS Palace Hotel is situated on the Place Royal in the Spa city centre, next to Spa tourist office, Sept Heures Park and the Casino. The new thermal spa centre farther up the hill will be directly linked to the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible by car and within 10 minutes walking distance from the central railway station

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
